Why we built it
Proxies should be a tool, not a mystery.
We needed dependable Swedish exit routes ourselves. The market offered plenty of capacity, but it was difficult to get one clear view of health, routing, and actual cost.
So we built ProxyAPI: one gateway with clear authentication, measurable usage, and control over type, country, provider, and session. Start simple and add control only when the job needs it.

Developer focus
One endpoint, standard protocols, and modifiers that remain readable in source code.
Swedish core operations
The core database and control plane run on our own hardware in Sweden. The supplier chain is public.
Measure first
Routing uses current health and latency. Choose a proxy type based on results, not assumptions.
